Intellectual Property Claim

Tidaso is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users. This Intellectual Property Policy sets out the process for reporting claims of intellectual property infringement on the Tidaso website (https://lagifo.com/).

Intellectual property rights refer to the legal rights that protect a person’s creations and inventions, such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and trade dress. These rights help to promote creativity and innovation by giving creators and inventors control over the use of their creations.

Tidaso respects the intellectual property rights of others and will respond promptly to any claims of intellectual property infringement. Tidaso may remove or disable access to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or may remove or disable access to content that is otherwise illegal or harmful to others.

Please include the following information in your notice of claimed infringement:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the intellectual property that is claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple intellectual property rights are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such rights.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Tidaso to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Tidaso to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Tidaso will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Tidaso will follow the procedures specified in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws to resolve the claim between the parties.

Tidaso may also terminate the account of any user who repeatedly infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
